My approach
I enable learning so that people can feel confident in their jobs.
Having worked both in the public and private sectors, I have an understanding of what learning means in practice and from an L&D perspective.
My solutions are based in learning theory and I work in a co-creation mode using design thinking principles.
I have worked, for example with Helen, Elisa, KONE, Valmet, UPM and Futureplay Games, University of Vaasa and Unigrafia in various learning design and coaching projects.

With my 20+ years of experience in learning and development, I can design learning that turns into visible action in the workplace. This may include Train the Trainer - modules or establishing social learning practices through co-creation. I can also consult you on digital learning solutions.

Coaching helps you to harness your full potential. It is a powerful way to learn and develop, invest in your wellbeing and reach personal and professional goals.
I'm there for you typically once in two weeks for 90 minutes for a few months throughout the coaching process. I can coach you online or on-site.
